Sila Ambil Maklum Bahawa Kaunter Bayaran Mahkamah Tinggi / Mahkamah Sesyen / Majistret Jenayah dan Mahkamah Sesyen / Majistret Sivil Georgetown Pulau Pinang akan ditutup pada 03hb Oktober 2008 (Jumaat) kerana sambutan Hari Raya Aidifitri manakala urusan kaunter pada 30hb September 2008 (Selasa) bermula daripada jam 8.30pagi hingga 12.30 tengahari sahaja. Circular 26/08 -- MALAYSIAN BAR EGM The Bar Council will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting (E.G.M) to discuss the violation of the rule of law under the Internal Security Act (ISA) on Saturday, 20th September 2008 at Wisma MCA, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. The Penang Bar Committee will arrange for a coach to take Members to the EGM if at least 25 people sign up for it. Bookings must be accompanied with a refundable deposit of RM50.00 per person which will be forfeited if members cancel their booking after 12.00 noon, Thursday, 18th September 2008. Those who would like to travel by the coach are kindly requested to submit your names to the Secretariat before Thursday, 18-09-2008 and indicate where you intend to board the coach (Green Hall / Gelugor / Juru Toll Plaza ).
